Got the winter blues? Join us for a cozy February morning filled with warm tea, delicious pastries, and hands-on flower arranging using fresh, locally grown winter tulips.
At Bramble + Blooms, we’re a small-scale flower farm rooted in Granby, Massachusetts. While most of our flowers grow outdoors during the warmer months, winter is when we carefully force tulips, a special process that allows us to extend the growing season and bring locally grown flowers to life when they’re least expected.
Hosted at The Inn on Boltwood, this beginner-friendly floral workshop is the perfect excuse to slow down, gather indoors, and soak up a little midwinter joy. You’ll spend the morning surrounded by fresh, local tulips and fellow flower lovers, creating something beautiful during a time of year that often feels a bit gray.
We can’t wait to share these winter tulips—grown right here in Western Massachusetts—and a relaxed, welcoming morning with you.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a short, approachable demonstration where I’ll walk you through the basics of creating a balanced, seasonal flower arrangement using winter-grown tulips. From there, you’ll head to our flower bar to select your own blooms based on a curated color palette and bouquet recipe.
Tulips will take center stage, supported by thoughtfully chosen secondary flowers, foliage, and textural accents, all provided by Bramble + Blooms.
No prior floral experience is needed. This workshop is designed to be relaxed, inspiring, and accessible for all skill levels.

Each guest must have their own ticket to attend.
Please arrive on time as we will begin promptly!
Children are welcome, but must be ticketed and supervised at all times.
We’ll provide everything you need — clippers, jars, and all the blooms.
If you have any allergies we should know about, please let us know ahead of time.
Rain or shine - We will be inside all nice and warm.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event, but may be gifted to a friend with notice.
