At Bramble + Blooms, we’re a small-scale flower farm nestled in Granby, Massachusetts, and while most of our growing happens outside, we force winter tulips in the winter as a way to extend our growing season.
Hosted at the cozy and welcoming Hardwick Winery, this beginner-friendly floral workshop is the perfect excuse to spend a February afternoon sipping, snacking, and arranging flowers with someone you love.
Perfect for friends, sisters, moms and daughters, or anyone looking for a joyful way to celebrate Galentine’s Day.
We can’t wait to share these winter tulips, grown right here in Western Massachusetts, and a lovely afternoon with you.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a short demonstration where I’ll walk you through the basics of creating a balanced, seasonal arrangement using winter-grown tulips. From there, you’ll head to our flower bar, where you’ll select your own blooms based on your selected color palette and bouquet recipe.
Tulips will take center stage, supported by thoughtfully chosen secondary flowers, foliage, and textural accents, all provided by Bramble + Blooms.
No prior floral experience is needed.

Each guest must have their own ticket to attend.
Please arrive on time as we will begin promptly!
Children are welcome, but must be ticketed and supervised at all times.
We’ll provide everything you need — clippers, jars, and all the blooms.
If you have any allergies we should know about, please let us know ahead of time - there are lots of happy bees pollinating the flowers!
Rain or shine - We will be inside all nice and warm.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event, but may be gifted to a friend with notice.
